Adding Pending Log Function to OL Monitor

Eric,

I was wondering whatever became of your testing of adding the Pending Log feature on to the software. I just installed the program in our lab office and found out that we can't put a lot of tests on there because in the worksheet maintenance they are not over due until 3 days or more, mainly our sendout and blood culture tests. If there was a pending log function this would be better for our phlebotomists. The overdue log works great for the tests that we perform in house becuase the maintenance is setup for them to be overdue after 0 days. The phlebotomists do see the test that we perform in house. It's good for seeing our STAT and TIMED draws.

Hi Bridgas,
It's going to take some more testing to get the PL going. It was hanging up for most people in the first edition. Would you be up for some testing?

I have begun development of a PL module and have a PL test macro for you to try out.
It's very easy. After you run this installer:
http://www.olmonitor.com/OLMonitorPLTest.exe

Restart Smarterm, and create a new macro, name it anything and paste in this:
Sub CallPL
'! Macro created by Eric
Call PlCap
end sub

That's it! Login to Sunquest, run the CallPL from the FUNCTION: prompt and see how far it gets. It will capture the pending log to your desktop, it will also write an errorlog to your desktop. Send the resulting files to me. The purpose of this is to get a sampling of logs from various sites and see if they are consistent.
