I want to eliminate Urinalysis testing from the screen if it has not been received within 2 hours of the order. Is this possible?

Yes you can create a rule to filter out the ua when the 2 hour time is exceeded.

Eric, I used this filter, but it filters out everything!!!
I had to delete the filter to get my other specs back up.

Try moving the filter to the bottom and make sure that the operator is AND not OR. I may need to look at your other filters if this doesn't work, there could be a conflict. You can submit a problem report if you still have problems.

mea culpa. I think I figured it out. My UA is set up as a package. Once I set a filter for each component in the package, rather than the package code, it is working as I expected.

thanks
