FYI: I found a problem with the department filter. Currently we are figuring out our settings for OL Monitor for three different departments; hematology, chemistry, and phlebotomy. Hematology and Chemistry both have worksheet filled into the department filter, but phlebotomy does not. The problem occurs when I have either a Chemistry or Hematology registry file open and I import the Phlebotomy.reg file. When I reopen OL Monitor the phlebotomy Department Filter mimicks whichever file I had previously open instead of being blank and unchecked. This is only a temperary issue until we have the three seperate computers setup, but in the mean time, every time I open the Phelbotomy file, after working on one of the other two, I have to delete out these Deparment Filters.

What is happening is that when you have NO departmental filters setup the setting gets erased entirely, so it doesn't explicitly exist in your phlebotomy settings. So when you import your phlebotomy settings all other settings get replaced, but departmental filters are left untouched since they don't exist in the phlebotomy settings file.
I have fixed this in the code but it may be awhile (a week or more) before I have a new version ready. As a workaround for now you can do the following:
Load up your phlebotomy settings.
Check the departmental filter box
Type in 'NONSENSE' in the departmental filter box
Click Add, and save your settings.
Export your phlebotomy settings to a new file.

This will add a nonexistent department to you phlebotomy settings which will have no effect.
When you import the new file it will overwrite the departmental filters from the previous.
