We are a 5 site facility with several tests only being performed at specific hospitals. Is there any way to set up a filter to include a test that is performed at a different location? For example, I am working with Hospital ID PH and the POLMA worksheet but HBA1C’s are being sent to the CH Hopsital ID location for testing. I added the CHA1C worksheet to my POLMA group worksheet but am still unable to get these batched tests to display. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Try temporarily turning off the filters by clicking Options- then click on 'Filters' in the drop-down menu. (not going fully into the options setup screen) Then click Action-Reprocess. See if you can find your tests.

If they still don't show up you may have to pull ALL HOSPITALS instead of specifying PH in the Hosp. ID option. (Under the Misc tab, Login/Worksheet section).

Then you will end up with a whole ton of tests from your other sites showing that you don't want of course, but we should be able to filter those out. Get in touch with me if you go this route and you want some help setting up some efficient filters.
