|
|
We are on version 1.6.6 and now we are noticing that the PROC TIME is what the techs like to use the most as their way to sort the list. They want the highest number on the top and then it will go down. Sort of first in, first out.
We just got this version and before I thought we could just click on the PROC TIME bar and it would put it in order but it isn't doing that now. Do I need to create a sort filter for this now?
We have our times in hrs and mins and I am not sure when it converts to the hrs. Usually the hrs are ones that someone needs to credit the test and hasn't yet.
Thanks! |

Well I think I found it under the advanced tab and the PROC TIME calculation section?
I think I need to select one of those instead of the Auto that it may be on. oops |

If you click on the column header of proc time it will sort it, but the sort is not permanent and it will go back to the default order on refresh.
You can sort by proc time by setting up a filter under the 'Sort' tab of options. You can even sort in reverse now if you wanted the lowest number on top:
Ver 1.69 http://us1.campaign-archive.com/?u=2b1b01defc2a1b7e3212a7744&id=f31fdb9c2d
Here is what your sort should look like:
The calculation setting under the advanced tab shouldn't affect anything.
After 3 hours the process time will show Xhrs Xmins instead of just minutes, but internally it is always stored in minutes. So any filters or TAT's you define should be in minutes. |
