*Looking for the Instructions?: Ol Monitor VIM Manual

Here is the main display. You can see that
tests can change color due to turn-around time.
The size of Font, font style, sizing, and placement
of the columns are all customizable. |
|
Sorting is now faster and a lot more flexible.
You can sort on any field. The new 'simple sort'
simply sorts the list in alphabetical/numeric order
depending on which field you sort on. The 'grouping
sort' is the type of sort you are used to. If
you would like to make sure all tests from location
'ERU' appear at the top of the list you would type ERU
in the field.
Note: Don't see your old sorts? Don't worry they're still there and in fact are still being applied! You'll need to load up your old version of Ol_Monitor to work with your old style sorts.

|
A simple right-click and you can filter out tests based on anything on the current display. If you need more complex criteria later on you can tweak this filter from the options screen. ![]() |
|
You can choose which fields to display. This
would allow you to increase the size of the font so
it can be read from a distance: |

Options: Go to the options screen. |

Complex filters are made easy with the new filter tool. The filtering options are extremely flexible. Below is a filter that excludes UA's or any tests from location 'OPC' unless they have a status of 'R': You can also still 'Filter In' by department code.

|
Turn-around-times are easier to set up, have a color option, and you can define specific sounds for each TAT! If you want to keep it simple and just create a tat of say 30 minutes for ALL Emer's, you can just put and asterisk in the test box. You can still define tat's for specific test(s).
|
|
The Misc tab holds all other settings. Here
you can define the display font, color, and size.
Choose which fields to display. You can also choose
where to save your changes (Local pc / current user).
You can import settings from a .REG file or backup your
settings to a .REG file from here. |
|
You can download a trial version of the Visual Interface Module to try out yourself from the download page. |
