Does anyone else have missing CIDs? I have several Ol Monitors on version 1.6.1 and we're using SMART and Sunquest version 6.2.

It seems some tests do not show a CID, the CID column is blank. There appears to be a link between partially recieved tests (ones that show up with a "%" in function LO), but I cannot be certain. All of the examples I've seen on the Ol Monitors I've performed an LO and seen the CID listed.

Any help is appreciated.

If you can send me a problem report I can look into the problem:
http://www.olmonitor.com/support.html
There have been updates since 1.61 but nothing has changed (that I recall) regarding CID's.
Let me know if you need the link for the latest version,
Or use the auto updater to check for and download the latest version.
Remember to backup your settings before installing or updating:
See the "Export options" topic here:

Did you try the automatic upload? Unless your system's firewall blocks ftp traffic it's the easiest way to send it. After selecting problem report, if you click yes on the automatic upload questionbox the program will attempt to upload the files to my ftp server.

I did try the automatic upload to your FTP server. I did not see any error messages.

Thanks for finding a way to get that problem report to me I know it can be a pain sometimes but it was indispensable in troubleshooting this problem.
What was happening was that if the list of tests ran all the way up next to the CID number the program was disqualifying it:
(APTT,DDIQ,FIB,INR,PROT) 123456 <-- OK
(CHOL,HDL,HDLCH,LDL,TRIG)123456 <-- NOT OK

So I have revised the code to work when that happens.
(CHOL,HDL,HDLCH,LDL,TRIG)123456 <-- NOW THIS IS OK Smile

The new version will be ver 1.68 and I will email you when it is ready.
I'm glad you posted this on the board anytime you have CID's or other Smart info not showing up it is probably due to it being disqualified for some reason and requires a code revision.

Just a note, I noticed the version says it's 1.6.7, not 1.6.8 in the application. Did you send me the correct version or does that version info just need to be updated?

Thanks.
