We use OL Monitor primarly in core lab for our stat tests but over the years have intergrated blood bank, serology and microbiology stat tests. We are SMART site using CIDs. When there are multiple CIDS associated with a single MR# and they qualify for display on the OL MONITOR, sometimes the CID displaying is not associated with the test we are looking for. For example:

S 111111 BHCG,UMAC 50 min L27102614 H3000 LNKU

So BHCG and UMAC have different ACC# and different CIDs but they file on one line. And I look in Sunquest under ACC# H3000 and it is the UMAC. BHCG is on different ACC# and is pending too.

This causes confusion when staff is trying to find and resolve pending tests.
Can you make some suggestions?
thanks

What version are you running? The newest version is 1.88i. There have been some fixes to SMART info processing recently. So updating may fix the issue but it is likely I will need to look into this.
I will need to see a problem report to troubleshoot this issue.

For info on sending a problem report, proceed to step 2 in the troubleshooting steps:
http://www.olmonitor.com/support.html#TroubleSteps
(Basically you just click Help-Generate problem report and a form pops up. It is not necessary to fill in every detail)

In the event that the problem report fails to automatically upload, proceed to step 4B:
http://www.olmonitor.com/support.html#ProbReportFailed

If you send files using email: Send 2 emails, one to let me know you are about to send a report and attach the problem report to the 2nd. Emails with attachments may be blocked by your organization's firewall.
